When did the Olympus Rewards Program end?

The Olympus Rewards program ended on August 31, 2020. For details on what this means for earning and redeeming points, please visit our Closure of GetOlympus Rewards Program page.

How do I redeem my existing Reward Codes?

Reward Codes claimed using Olympus Reward Points can be added to the Discount Codes box in your cart. You need to have at least $50 in products added to your cart to be able to redeem a reward ($50 before taxes and shipping).

Please note, Reward Codes generated after April 5, 2020 can only be applied for up to 50% of the total value of your cart. Example: If you are issued a $200 Reward Code, your purchase value must be at least $400 before the Reward Code is applied. Rewards are not valid with other coupon offers and can only be used in the US and Canada.

Do my Reward Codes expire?

We reserve the right to close your account at anytime if there is no account activity for a period of two (2) years, which will result in the forfeiture of any and all accumulated Rewards. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “account activity” shall mean any purchases, downloading content, uploading content, or logging on. OMDS shall reasonably determine if an account is inactive at its sole and absolute discretion.

Why can’t I use a discount code AND an available Rewards Code on my purchase?

Olympus Rewards Codes cannot be combined with other Olympus coupons at this time.

What if my Reward Code is not working?

Please ensure your order is $50 or more (before shipping and taxes) and that the total order is at least double the value of your Reward Code (for coupons generated after April 5, 2020). If your Reward Code is still not working, please contact us for assistance. Please also note, that if you used a Reward Code on a cancelled order, it will need to be regenerated by GetOlympus.com support.
