Perfect All-Around Lens
This is my go-to lens. It spends time on my E-M1 the most and it’s what I grab most often. From hiking trials or going on a motorcycle trip. If I had to pick only one lens to have with me, this would be it. Very rugged and waterproof. It lived in my tank bag with n my motorcycle for 3000 miles of road riding. It was used for both stills and video work.

Great walk around lens!
This is a great lens and a perfect walk around lens for the M43 cameras. It is sharp as a tack and focus is achieved quickly. I'm very happy with it. No, the depth of field isn't real shallow. These are small sensored cameras. However, I suspect the faster f/1.2 lenses will cover that better and I cannot wait to try one of those.

Best zoom lens ever made
This is the sharpest lens money can buy. Adria the frame, sharp, no drop off in the corners makes this a must have lens. Pair with an omd em1, and you have the perfect marriage.

Almost ideal lens. Nearly.
Yes it is an excellent lens and I put the four stars not because of any problems, but because of the fact that in the micro4 / 3 format it does not get to get such volume and depth of the image as in cameras with a large 35-millimeter sensor. I would very much like Olympus to repeat the success of his old lens 14-35 2 in modern design and modern technologies. But in any case, this lens is a splendid zoom, which in combination with the stabilization in the cameras Olympus can remove 80 percent of the emerging plots! Let's enumerate its pluses: protection from dust and moisture, metal casing, stylish design, ease of transition to manual focus - just pull the ring on yourself, a wider range of focal lengths than we used to the lenses of this format, great resolution with open diaphragms in all a range of focal lengths, a calm bokeh, a good macro, excellent backlight work, an additional button to your Olympus camera. And cons? Well, yes - you will not get such a blur as the 24-70 2.8 on the 35mm sensor. But throwing it aside - which of the objectives of competitors in any of the systems can offer all of the above?

Everyday workhorse
This is my most used lens, due to the versatility and image quality- comes handy with the focus ring and the lens-button, perfectly balanced on my E-M1 II. If I would be only able to have one lens I would pick this one
