If you are looking for a very light camera bag version or want to use a bag-in-bag style camera protection, the quilted Olympus case CS-43 is your solution. This versatile case made from quilted cotton holds your camera body with lens attached and a second lens (depending on the actual lens). Due to an internal divider the stored items will stay in place and won’t get scratched. An easy to use hook and loop tape closes the quilting case.

Easy to carry around: soft quilted case as described
I've had more solid foam / neoprene cases in the past, which I'm sure offered more protection, but were major disincentives for taking my camera out with me day-to-day. While the protection this "case" offers is pretty limited, the low profile quilted bag means I can carry my OMD around safely in ordinary totes, purses, or daypacks, which stay secure and close to my body anyways. The flexible velcro closure is nice for wrapping things up securely, depending on what lens I'm carrying with me.
