Easy to use, especially for the blind.
I purchased this unit in an effort to find something that low vision or no vision seniors could use with a minimum of training. To my surprise, the unit proved to be quite usable nonvisually. There is no real need to go into the inaccessible menu. When you turn it on or off, you get an audible prompt telling you that something has happened. All other functions, including adjustment of microphone sensititivy, are doable without sight once you learn where the buttons are and what they do. I would recommend this for anyone wanting something simple. The only drawback is that there is no way to copy audio to a computer. Some seniors might want to do this.

Buy this one!
EASY TO USE, 3 BUTTONS, great audio quality -BIG SIMPLE TEXT. Closest to using a tape recorder that I could find. Erasure is the hard part- and it should be. Want cheap, simple, and quality, this is it! Returned 2 other brands that were twice the price-

Buy It!
Over 40? Want something SIMPLE with BIG text and GOOD QUALITY AUDIO? Buy this or something similar. The buttons are large and intuitive. Only 3 of them! Just like a tape recorder- Audio quality is outstanding. If you don't want to FIDDLE- this is the one. You fiddle when you try to erase it, and that's probably a good thing- 6 STARS

Speed Ahead
I am happy with the recorders features and sound recording. What I would have like to see is a better "Cue". Fast rewarding to the end of a four hour recording you have to hold the cue down for quite a long time while the recorder only goes ahead second by second and you have a very tired finger! With this feature added I would have given the recorder a better review!

Great Unit
This is a small but great item to carry in your pocket. I can record and no one wil never know I'm recording anything in my study hall or class room.
