I was a little worried after reading the reviews of some other buyers, I needn't have been. This is a great little camera. The 36X telephoto is great and when you add the digital telephoto its unbelievable. By taking reasonable precautions and reading the directions online and following them I have taken some beautiful sharp pictures that I couldn't improve on with a camera that cost me five times as much. If you do the same I believe you will have the same results. Go ahead buy the camera its a lot of fun.

However, no eye-view. I am not comfortable using the scene view. Some delay from the time you click to the time the shutter snaps. I had difficulty focusing distant images with the zoom. Just not my cup of tea.

this is my 2Nd Olympus camera, love not having to replace the battery. Color and extra features on this camera is well worth the price and After my first Olympus a friend of mine bought an upgrade of what I had and he to loves everything about it.

Still getting used to using the camara but so far so good. I do hit the on-off button sometimes just handling the camara which will turn it off , hands might be to big.
