Great camera for beginning enthusiasts!
I chose this as my first camera instead of purchasing a full frame DSLR and am extremely satisfied with my choice. This camera takes wonderful pictures, and has some really cool features. Haven't discovered any drawbacks yet!

Great Product
I upgraded from the OMD E M10 to the OMD E M5 Mark II. What a great camera. Love it even more than the E M10. I have only two complaints. First, the battery charger has a huge cord attached to it. Very impractical for travel. The E M10 had the same problem. I bought the camera because it is small and light. Hey, Olympus, I don't want to spend another $20 for an after market charger. You can fix this easily. Second, you guys dropped the price by $100 between the time I ordered the camera from Amazon and the time I received it. What a rip-off! Amazon won't give me credit for the price change. Other than that, I love the camera and will get a lot of great photos from it. Your pro lens series makes wonderful photos.

Best for video in the OM-D Line up
The camera is really nice and similar to its twin brother the E-m1 but is better at Video. Having 60p (59.94) frames per second is great and allows for the slow motion shots of action or sports. With this camera you can get away with a 300% slow where as the Em-1 you would old be able to do a 33% slow motion in post down to 20ish frames/sec. The multi-angle / pop out screen is great for tracking a subject with the camera either above or below you. Plus selfies so like hey wooooh. I like that this camera has less function button at 6 vs 8(EM-1) because it means i have either less to remember or set as empty buttons.
