Bad quality pics

The camera is almost alway unable to focus. The pics in stabilized mode are always awful, and the iAuto mode gives you alway blurry pictures. No matter how much you know about photografy, this camera will destroy your memories.

the camera quality everything is very good compare to other company 12MP cameras but the battery backup is not much Satisfied. and have to see the most important part, service for the olympus in case of any problems.

The camera is awesome

This camera is 100% better than the one I had to replace it. No batteries to change every 10 minutes charges quickly, easy to handle , small enough to fit in your pocket, and best of all great pictures.

Overall it is average and could be improved

I have had my camera for about a month. What I like are its many filters which have produced some fascinating photos to share with others. The viewing screen is exceptional with very little reflection and in bright mode can be seen easily in sunlight. However, the battery runs down quite fast with the viewing screen on bright mode. The camera's interface is very simple and straight forward. I is very easy to navigate. I would suggest several improvements, however. When shooting in the drawing filter mode the camera produces two photos - a normal photo and a drawing photo. The one you compose by in the viewing screen is the drawing photo. Seems to me it would be better to see the normal photo to compose the shot with. There is no external charger for the battery. It must be charged inside the camera with a USB connection. This means that the camera cannot be used while charging the battery. If an external charger would be provided I could be out shooting pictures while my back up battery is charging up in my home. Lastly, image quality is inconsistant. I can take 3 or more photos of the same scene but, only 1 with turn out properly.
